Trainings and Presentations

In our work, we've learned that conflict teaches us how to interact with each other. It can be difficult when working with children, though, because of skill differences. We approach conflict with a lens of compassion and encourage people to see each other's perspectives. We provide trainings on how to handle conflict, how to propose solutions, and general relationship building skills.

We provide compassionate trainings about diversity, equity, and inclusion in sports, education, and parenting. Warren was the first Black student and athlete at a private school in Virginia and has spent his life advocating for equity in sports. And on our TikTok, we share educational information and practical tips for folks to learn about oppression, inclusivity, and how to change things.

Much like our online course creation, we work directly with you to create comprehensive trainings for your team. If everyone needs a refresher on relationship-building skills or is struggling with problem-solving, we can create and provide and in-person training. Or, if you have a concern in mind but aren't sure how to approach it, we can design, develop, and present it.
